1. Table Reservations & Grace Period
To guarantee the best experience for all guests, table bookings are held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time. If your party runs late, please notify us directly. After the 15-minute grace period, the table may be released to waiting guests.
2. Cancellations & Private Events
Standard table cancellations can be completed directly through OpenTable or via phone at least 2 hours in advance. For private dining or large group buyouts, specific deposit and cancellation terms detailed in your private event agreement will apply.
3. Food Allergies & Dietary Notices
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions, our kitchen handles ingredients containing nuts, dairy, seafood, and gluten. Please inform your server of any severe food allergies before ordering so our culinary team can take appropriate precautions.
4. Intellectual Property
All brand names, culinary photographs, texts, and logos displayed on almacubancuisine.com are the property of Alma Old Cuban Cuisine and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
