Alma Old Cuban Cuisine is born from the deepest memories, the ones created in the courtyard of my childhood. Among aromas, flavors and colors, where every dish was made from family warmth and passed down through generations.

Destiny took me to Europe as a teenager, where I discovered the culinary arts. Italy shaped me in the profession I always dreamed of.

But only the heart of Calle Ocho in Miami gave me the chance to recover my roots and my traditions, and to share them with you in this beautiful courtyard — like one big family, where we can relive all those moments we carry in our soul.
